2026 Event Dates, Tickets, Season Passes, and More!

Hello folks!
This announcement is regarding King Heron’s 2026 event schedule. We will have 5 Legends of Exile and 5 Requiem games this year, and we're excited to share some new ticketing options. You can automatically add our events to your calendar by clicking here!

January 16-18, 2026 (tickets on sale on January 3rd @ 2pm ET)

TICKETS
Moving forward, we have a simplified ticket structure with two options: Regular tickets ($70) and Cash tickets ($60). Tickets are available on the King Heron website.
Cash Tickets - $60
We're introducing a Cash Only ticket option, which is replacing the previous Early Bird tickets. Reserve your ticket on the website as usual, then pay cash at check-in. This saves you money on the ticket price AND avoids processing fees for both of us, it’s a win-win! Cash ticket holders will also have priority check-in at the event to help keep the process fast.
IMPORTANT CASH INFORMATION:
Please do not abuse this ticket option by reserving a spot and failing to attend. If you reserve a cash ticket and don’t show up, you must pay for the missed event before you can attend another KHE event. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable (except in the case of game cancellation on our side). Additionally, if you arrive late after check-in with cash, please expect a longer wait time while we record the transaction appropriately.
You must reserve a Cash Ticket on the website. You cannot show up without a ticket reserved; you will be denied entry.
We do not have change available. Please bring the exact amount you owe.
You will receive a physical receipt when you pay cash for anything in person.
For safety and security purposes, all cash is deposited in the park drop box safe immediately after intake. We do not keep cash on hand.
We reserve the right to stop sales of this ticket type at any time if it becomes a problem.
Regular Tickets - $70
Regular tickets will remain $70. All events are posted on the website, and individual ticket availability date is posted on each Event Ticket page for when they open.
New Player Tickets - $30
New Player tickets will remain $30, available only on the website (no cash pay).
SEASON PASSES & GAME PASSES
Season Pass & Gamepass sales will open on January 3rd @ 2pm et on the King Heron website.
Season Passes - All 5 Events for One Game
Season Passes are back! Secure your spot at all 5 Requiem events OR all 5 Legends of Exile events:
Website Season Pass - $300 + processing fees (purchase on website)
Cash Season Pass - $280 (paid via cash at the first event of your chosen game)
Note: Cash Season Passes must be paid at the first event of your chosen game (Requiem Event #1 on January 16-18 or Legends of Exile Event #1 on February 6-8). If you can't make it to the first event, please choose web pay instead.
King Heron Gamepass - All 10 KHE Events
Get access to BOTH Legends of Exile and Requiem for the entire year (10 total events) and all of the perks that come with them:
Website Gamepass - $560 + processing fees (purchase on website)
Cash Gamepass - $540 (paid via cash at your first event)
Note: Cash Gamepasses can be paid at either the first Requiem event (January 16-18) or the first Legends of Exile event (February 6-8). If you can't make it to a first event, please choose web pay instead.

✓ Early site arrival (Requiem) - Arrive on site as early as 2pm
***Please note: Only the first 5 Season or Gamepasses will be guaranteed this perk, after that it will be granted on an as-available basis depending on how many are signed up for each slot. Selected shift cannot be changed once selected. Some special events may not have your selected NPC shift, in which case you will sign up at check-in as normal.
NPC Season Passes
NPC Season Passes are now located in the Season Pass store instead of the event pages. This is still a full-time NPC pass for ALL events this year, and includes a bed spot for the event.
Bed spots are limited for NPCs per any given event and we need to know you are coming. Now when you purchase an NPC Season Pass, you are sent a discount specifically for you. You must use that discount to “purchase” ($0) an NPC bed on an event you are coming to reserve your spot.
