Lt. Commander Decimus L. Tactartes

Formerly the recently promoted Lt. Commander of the 20th regiment of the 4th Legion of Valoron.

After the destruction of most of the 3rd and 4th legions by the fire of the dragons, he helped to escort many refugees to Doristane where he met up with the remnants of the Grey legion and was reinstated as a Lt. Commander where he serves as the logistics officer.
